The RotMG guild named Foot Clan was founded in the late-spring of 2012. The original Founder named the guild in honor of the enemy ninja gang depicted in Eastman and Laird's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics and cartoons.
After the original Founder's departure in late-autumn of 2012, the inactive old guard gradually dropped out of the guild, save for one Leader. The guild name was recognizable, memorable, and very much worth keeping. So, in early 2013, it came to be that Foot Clan was able to be set up under new management by a more appropriately named Founder.
Our current rules and regulations were written up, revised, and finalized throughout 2013. These rules and regulations are the bond and ideals that we all agree to uphold. During that year, the resolve was slowly built up; the resolve to make that push and work hard at making and sustaining something great. Essentially making something out of nothing more than ideals and goals. In the early spring of 2014, the grand re-opening began with vigorous recruitment and more success than failure.
Since the time of the reboot, our membership has steadily increased and stabilized, while our place in the RotMG community has also become noteworthy.
Our traditional home server is US East, however if it suits us, we may float around or camp out elsewhere.
Our guild uses a hierarchical rank structure which may resemble a pyramid shape, Illuminati confirmed. Seriously though, this structure is used in the military, the government, in business, in religions, etc. In our guild, it just means that those players are willing to be invested more in the responsibilities which keep our guild in working order. We maintain: 1 Founder --> up to 7 Leaders --> up to 14 Officers --> 28+ Members/Initiates
We value players who have a good sense of sportsmanship, teamwork, common sense, ethical behavior, and are of the honorable disposition. We wish to surround ourselves with like minded players, whether they become guild mates or remain in the community at-large.
We do value others in the community who's manner of play-style, their attitudes, and their skills are all aligned with our own guild's members. Ultimately, RotMG is a co-op MMO, despite some players' best efforts to engage in PvP and other nefarious deeds. Sadly, because of the RNG and the nature of the SB thresholds that the loot drop system uses, players feel the need to compete for loot which can degrade positive inter-player experiences at times. Some go as far as exploiting or outright cheating, which is very much frowned upon as it is not good sportsmanship, not ethical, and not honorable.
Our rules enforcement is enhanced by both internal, and external policing. If anyone is having an issue with a Foot Clan member, we want to know about it. You may use the form to submit submit hard evidence(best), or simple tip-offs(potentially helpful).

As you can see from our lifetime Fame History, there are ebbs and flows, highs and lows.
Overall, we continue to grow not only in fame and skill, but as a guild of friends.
Our guild was rebooted in February of 2014 and it has been increasingly/steadily active since then.
Longevity and stability are important for guilds in RotMG, and we aim to succeed at both.
